The Club AGM was held on Monday 11th May 2009 in the Blue Room, Student Forum, UCD.
Tom Kavanagh, President UCDRFC, opened the meeting, and Shane Geraghty, in the absence of Stephen Hannigan, read the Honorary Secretary's report. Brian Corr then gave the Honorary Treasurer's report.

The Captain's Report was read by Michael Hastings, Captain 1stXV, which was followed by the President's Report. Tom Kavanagh then nominated Paul Molony as Club President for the coming year.
